Helen is a British actor and comedy writer based in Los Angeles with 15 years experience working in international film, TV, national commercials, corporate, hosting, comedy improv and sketch writing/performing, teaching, coaching and voiceover.

Recent screen work includes feature films MISS ATKINS' ARMY, set in WW2 and alongside Stana Katic, 1980s surreal comedy feature film VHYES directed by Tim and Jack Robbins and the multi award-winning British film JELLYFISH alongside rising star Liv Hill. Helen makes her American TV debut in 2019 in ABC'S crime drama THE FIX.

Short films include GHOSTED (London Short Film Festival), THE CAR WASHER, GOING UNDER (BFI London Film Festival), SKIN DEEP (Nashville FF) and the international, multi award-winning Spanish/American short film SAFARI (twice nominated at Cannes Critics' Week) for which Helen won the Best Actress Award at Festival De Cine De L'Alfas Del Pi.

Helen writes and performs character comedy, has developed her sitcom with BBC Comedy, wrote and performed in live satirical comedy show NEWS REVUE in London and has performed her satirical sketches on the main stage at the prestigious comedy venue: The Canal Café, London.

"Whore - Table #6' is Helen's first short film as writer, performer and producer.
